We hebben tegenwoordig een Engelstalige Debating club '.

Throughout many years a select group of students of the 'Stedelijk Gymnasium Haarlem' has been attending so called model united nations (MUN) conferences both within the Netherlands as well as abroad, such as:
1. HMUN - Haarlem, NL
2. IMUNA - Alkmaar, NL
3. MUNISH - The Hague, NL
4. THIMUN - The Hague, NL
5. LEMUN - Leiden, NL
6. LMUNA - Arnhem, NL
7. TIMUN - Istanbul, Turkey 
The participants of these conferences - the delegates - ought to be prepared sufficiently. Thus this debating club provides delegates and beginning Student Officers with an oppertunity to develop debating and leadership skills, and become familiar with the concept of mun in depth.
